Paul GeversandAthos Ribeiro 7346949908 Update installing guides for NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER (#169) 
After MySQL 8 started using NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER by default, the general
installing instructions need update to instruct one on how to proper
create the user separately from the ALTER SQL command given by example.

This compliments the changes for cacti issue Cacti/cacti#2872.

NotAProfessionalDeveloper 94a2525717 Rephrase warning and use correct delimiters (#156) 
1) We should not document something we don't understand. Questions should be asked elsewhere. I have simplified that portion

2) Wrong delimiters were used for the replacements. {} instead of <>.  {} doesn't work. Gladly, inline documentation is correct.
