* Add symlink for Copilot instructions

* Add duplicate IPN detection for transactions

* Update class header files for legacy and current versions

* Remove BoxBilling copyright and fix SPDX headers

Removed legacy BoxBilling copyright lines and standardised SPDX-License-Identifier headers to 'Apache-2.0' across FOSSBilling library files for consistency and clarity.
