Adapted (0.8 codebase is pre-Doctrine-migration in places) from:
- #4541 Stripe amounts in Stripe units (COP/HUF/IDR/ISK/PKR/UGX)
- #4536 Harden Stripe renewal paid-skip for inconclusive billing reasons
- #4523 Record Stripe renewal payments after the first invoice is paid
- #4534 Soften PayPal item_number echo check to a warning
- #4546 Harden guest session-state API calls (cart mutations, Lax cookies)
- #4513 Missing/invalid extension manifests as user errors
- #4565 WHM activation when package already exists (typed exception,
  editpkg sync, modern listpkgs shapes, metadata.result)
- #4535 Cron-sent emails render in configured locale (per-recipient
  locale plumbing through Twig/System/Email/Massmailer)
- #4566 Sitemap homepage/custom pages + product lastmod (new
  Custompages Guest API, TimestampTrait, patch120, template)

Skipped as already present / not applicable standalone:
- #4452 admin/Formbuilder hardening (already on 0.8-next via d3338292b)
- #4458 concurrent offline approval (needs #4453 approval flow first)
- #4539 gateway logo display size (needs #4519 custom gateway images)
