An xn-- (punycode) SLD bypassed the single-label and length limits
entirely. Subject it to the same checks as other labels.
Validate slice ported from main commit a1600e775 (#4312); remainder
of that change (domain in invoice lines/order titles) is a 0.9
Doctrine-era feature and intentionally excluded.
