Subject: [PATCH] feat(14): Update About section with correct GitHub links

- Fix GitHub URL to github.com/jhd3197/ServerKit
- Add Documentation link to README
- Add Support & Issues link
- Add Discussions link
- Add Report a Bug link
- Replace inline SVGs with Lucide icons
