Juan DenisandClaude Fable 5	7c1edf595e	refactor(views): saved views onto the typed-error contract ... saved_view_service raises ValidationError/NotFoundError/ConflictError and returns bare dicts; views.py drops the (value, err) tuple translations and its not-found prose sniff. Juan Denis	b6c257bfc7	feat(views): per-user saved table views API ... SavedView model (user/page/name/state JSON/is_default, unique per user+page+name), idempotent 082 migration, saved_view_service with one-default-per-page enforcement, and a JWT-scoped /api/v1/views CRUD blueprint.
