One dashboard capture per theme (mock-data rig, capture-themes.mjs) under
docs/screenshots/themes/ with a grouped gallery README, linked from
THEMING.md.

- ThemeContext: fetch pre-auth panel default (/public/active) and follow it
until a user picks a skin; ThemeSync bridge loads installed themes after auth
- Theme Gallery admin actions: set panel default, remove installed themes
- Browse modal: install community themes from the registry (offline-tolerant)
- Import theme.json (admin, paste/upload)
- Theme Studio: grouped color editor over the LIVE panel, start-from any
installed theme, Export theme.json, Save-to-panel, and Submit = a prefilled
GitHub new-file PR against serverkit-themes
