Juan DenisandClaude Opus 4.8 89af823b39 docs: use new poster as README banner and update tagline 
Replace the logo image at the top of the English and translated READMEs with the new docs/screenshots/poster.png banner, and change the tagline to "Deploy, manage, and monitor servers." (translated per language).

Juan DenisandClaude Opus 4.8 467ebc51b0 chore(docs): track regenerated UI screenshots 
Drop the stray /docs/screenshots ignore that overrode the existing negation (.gitignore:117-118), so the 23 mock-data README screenshots are committed assets again, and add the freshly regenerated set (ServiceDetail header selector updated in the local capture skill).
