Introduces handling of a 'files' section in templates, allowing creation of files and automatic updating of docker-compose.yml to use bind mounts for these files instead of named volumes. Also updates nginx config generation to avoid using 'default_server' for private URL servers, delegating that responsibility to serverkit.conf.
