  - Web UI: http://your-server:${HTTP_PORT}
  - Open the URL and create the first account. The FIRST user to sign up
    becomes the instance admin.

  Instance administration:
  - The God-mode / admin panel lives at /god-mode on the same address
    (e.g. http://your-server:${HTTP_PORT}/god-mode). Use it to configure
    SMTP, authentication, AI, and other instance settings.

  For production:
  - Attach a real domain to this app, then update the API/worker
    WEB_URL and CORS_ALLOWED_ORIGINS environment variables (currently set
    to http://localhost) to your public URL — sign-in, file uploads, and
    real-time collaboration depend on these matching the address users hit.

  This stack runs several containers: web/space/admin frontends, the
  Django api plus celery worker + beat-worker, a live collaboration
  server, an nginx proxy router, PostgreSQL, Valkey (Redis), RabbitMQ,
  and a built-in S3-compatible object store for uploads.
