Host disk alerts were off by default and Doctor's headroom failure notified nobody, so a box reached 100% silently. A 15-minute builtin now notifies admins once when the panel host disk crosses 85%, again at 95%, and resets below 80% (storage.disk_alert_percent, 0 = off).
