The Docker vhost set no caching at all. An opt-in rule serves files whose name carries a content hash with a one-year immutable Cache-Control, proxying exactly like location /. A name only counts as hashed with 8+ characters and a digit, so app-settings.js is never pinned. Off by default: the panel cannot know an app's asset layout.
