- Remove patch_localhost.py (one-off patch script, served its purpose)
- Remove RECOVERY.md + docs/RECOVERED_COMMITS.txt (July-6 incident artifacts)
- Move completed audits and Jan-era strategy docs to docs/audits/
- Update .gitignore for relocated UI_CONSISTENCY_AUDIT.md
