Juan Denis 965a4fdc22 Expose the shared field components in SDK 1.6.0 ...

Extensions hand-roll their own server selects, domain inputs and copy
boxes because core never exported its versions. Exporting them keeps
an extension page looking and validating exactly like a core page.
