- docs/EXTENSIONS.md: honest author guide (manifest, contributions, SDK,
  lifecycle, install sources, production frontend constraint, conversion recipe)
- Retire the serverkit-git compat shim in contributions.js (manifest is canonical)
- scripts/sync-builtin-frontends.mjs + extensions-ci.yml: builtin-frontend
  drift gate (single source of truth per D5)
- Marketplace UI truth pass: relabel bundled entries "Built-in"
- backend/tests/test_plugins_pipeline.py: first coverage for the install
  pipeline (builtin install, contributions envelope, disable 503, reinstall
  refresh, zip-slip)
