Juan Denis 3cc90ecd30 Keep one upgrade snapshot and no tree copy ...

On blue/green installs the previous slot is the code rollback, so the
serverkit-tree-* copy of it duplicated ~1 GB per update. With
SERVERKIT_BACKUP_RETENTION unset, disks under 50 GiB now keep one
database snapshot instead of three.
