Implements TOTP-based two-factor authentication for user accounts. Adds backend endpoints and services for 2FA setup, confirmation, disabling, backup code management, and login verification. Updates the User model with 2FA fields and logic. Extends frontend login and settings pages to support 2FA flows, including modals for setup, disabling, and backup code management. Adds new styles for 2FA UI components. Updates requirements to include pyotp and qrcode.
