Introduce a small agent-side GUI SDK to expose desktop-capture primitives (capabilities + screenshot) with platform implementations (windows, linux, other) and register handlers in the agent; add protocol actions gui:capabilities and gui:screenshot. Refactor frontend UI for consistency and usability: replace multiple custom banners with a unified alert system, introduce EmptyState component usage across pages, switch Modal implementation to a Sheet (responsive side sheet with size tokens), make StatCard clickable with detail and active states and update Servers to use StatCard/StatsGrid, and standardize error/alert classes in QueryRunner, RemoteTerminal, CompareView, PipelineView, PromoteModal, ResourceLimitsModal, BasicAuthModal, etc. Also adjust badge/sheet sizing, alert & card styles, theme border variables, and small polish in ConfirmDialog, StyleGuide, and other components.
