Corrects the audit's framing of the fix: the in-flight guard is not what stops the schedule stacking — arming the next tick from the previous run's completion is. Also flags the trap for the remaining 41 migrations: several sites use the interval effect's dependency array as an out-of-band reload trigger, which usePolling drops silently.
