Completes plan 72 A.1's "surface the job id so the UI can link to it". The repair dispatcher hands back a job_id for repairs that run in the background, but the panel answered every success the same way: "Repaired 1 item". For a restore drill that is not true yet -- the job has been queued and will run for minutes -- so the toast claimed an outcome that had not happened, on the one check family whose job is telling you whether your backups can be trusted. Results carrying a job_id now say the repair was started and finishes in the background, with an action that goes to the Jobs page. Inline repairs are unchanged.
