Juan Denis 415eba2187 refactor(services): centralize slug generation on app.utils.slug ...

- Extend app.utils.slug with unique_slug(default=...) and validate_slug helpers
- Migrate workspace, secret-vault, webhook-gateway, site-domain, upload,
  environment-domain, environment-pipeline, marketplace, and status-page
  services to use the shared helpers
- Removes ~8 duplicate _slugify/_unique_slug implementations
- Marketplace create_extension now resolves duplicate slugs instead of raising
- Backend tests and frontend production build pass
