Juan Denis b0ccd2f5b5 fix(linked-panel): accept compose file path in project_path from remote runner ...

The deployment runner forwards the plan's compose_file in the project_path
field; the embedded agent now splits file paths into (dir, compose_file)
before calling DockerService, fixing '[Errno 20] Not a directory' on
remote template installs.
