Juan Denis 3708227d0e feat(frontend): dynamic walkthrough registry and SDK support ...

WalkthroughContext now merges built-in walkthroughs with extension
contributions and server-persisted custom guides through a shared
registry, so enabling or disabling an extension adds or removes its
guides at runtime. Adds the walkthrough contribution type to the plugin
SDK (with TypeScript types and vendor shim), Studio API methods, and
i18n strings.
