Juan DenisandClaude Fable 5 41266dd8ee fix(env-vars): let an explicit null clear a variable's description ...

The PUT route guarded description with 'is not None', so JSON null never
reached EnvService.update_env_var — whose _UNSET sentinel explicitly
supports clearing. Key-presence check now forwards the null; absent keys
still leave the field untouched. Raised in PR #118 review.
