issue: align Deepness console icon sizing/alignment with Modern (#8221)

* deepness: match modern console icon sizing/alignment and drop sub-menu indent

Port modern's .menu_glyph size/alignment (18px, 22px width, padding-right:0, inline-block), add line-height:20px to .menuitem span, bump legacy i.fa to 15px with text-align:left, and remove the 32px sub-menu indent (#nav li ul li a now flush at 5px like the top-level items).
