themes(deepness): harmonize all greens to the emerald palette (#8234)
* themes(deepness): harmonize all greens to the emerald palette * docs: changelog.d/8234.issue (deepness green harmonization) * themes(deepness): distinct active-state green + sync themeroller url Address review: give .ui-state-active a darker emerald (#083f2e) so persistent selection stays distinct from the #0c5f44 hover/focus state, and update the themeroller URL's hover/active colors and textures (flat) to match the de-olived declarations.
