cigamit f22c9694e4 Add multiple column sort and glyph API's 
Convert all core pages to use multiple column sort.  There may still be
some pages around automation that are required to be migrated.  However,
they will continue to operate as is.

cigamit 247228c84e re-introducing site, and multiple pollers, major changes this will break your cacti! 
note, the poller table is updated, see the cacti.sql, also the default
poller_id is now 1, so you need to review the file
install/0_8_8g_to_1_0_0.php for important changes.
