SpikeKill now allows floating value between two time periods
...
This feature is helpful when you have bogus data on graphs between two
time ranges. It will repair by taking the last known value from the
beginning of the time range and using it accross the entire time range.

The menu would be recreated for each click causing the menu to appear
and trigger multiple times with each subsequent click. Also adding the
ability for graph gaps to be filled with the last known good value.
