TheWitness a55abadba6 Fixing #5342 and #5368 - Keyup delay on tree search 
Increase keyup delay when searching the tree

For 1.3.x, also adds a setting and switches all keyup events that
make ajax calls to use delayKeyup instead of manually defining
each timer.

cigamit de9fc0b72a Make all user settings dynamic and allow resetting to default. 
This is a partial revert of feature #1400.  It removes the 'Save' button
and makes all settings default.  It will not allow setting anything that
is not defined in the user setting array as well.
