TheWitness a5d2587da1 Additional QA on #4363 
In this commit I moved the repair into the repair_database.php script as well as added a new option for a Quick Sync which will only focus on Graph's that have a differing number of Graph Items from the Template.

cigamit 7269cbfd88 Committing prototype of replication api for team review 
Part of multiple polling is to support either MySQL replication, or to
replicate tables requred for remote data collection.  These changes will
enable the later method, but are not complete.

The replicate_tables in lib/poller.php function is designed to handle
each of the table replecation types.  When complete, it will handle all
table replication based upon poller state.

There may be additional table schema changes to increase performance,
but those changes have not been validated yet.

Andreas Braun af69e37e7b - merge DSSTATS, Boost and Settings to the mainstream 
- Enhancement of breadcrumbs to include Tree information in Ajax response.
- Removing all double quotes from 'include' files for performance.
- Some cleanups in cdef.php
- Enhancement of 'Send Test Email' to use Dialog jQuery plugin
- Fixed (finally) the last remaining issues with re-sizable columns
