netniV cbad48ca9e Allow searching logs by name, not just id (#3679) 
This commit also introduces expansion settings so that
log expansion can be turned off.  Some users may have
logs too large to cope with expansion.

The default will be full expansion to allow this feature
to work by default (see LOG_EXPAND_FULL and the 'log_expand'
configuration option)
