Part of multiple polling is to support either MySQL replication, or to
replicate tables requred for remote data collection. These changes will
enable the later method, but are not complete.
The replicate_tables in lib/poller.php function is designed to handle
each of the table replecation types. When complete, it will handle all
table replication based upon poller state.
There may be additional table schema changes to increase performance,
but those changes have not been validated yet.
for testers should now be able to run 'php -q upgrade_database.php
--forcever=0.8.8h' to rerun the upgrade in the case of changes during
testing. Also, for people upgrading, this version will respect you
default database storage engine.

Remove warning with Cactis new warning system
note, the poller table is updated, see the cacti.sql, also the default
poller_id is now 1, so you need to review the file
