normalize the use of checkboxes and fix device autocomplete behavior

remove the use of the get_checkbox_style and move to CSS. also, fix the
behavior of the device automcomplete when using ajax page navigation

Merging Aggregate Plugin

This commit will merge the Aggregate plugin into mainline. ToDo, remove
old Aggregate plugin registration for those who have installed it
previously, and testing of upgrade process.
