Micke2k ba15ec57a2 Fix page jumping when using Realtime 
When activating Realtime on a graph, the page jumps up due only having one <tr> as opposed to the graph filters which has two.

Increased the height to be the same as two <tr>.

Now when pressing Realtime nothing on the page moves, creates a smoother user experience.

cigamit 9f79d702f3 rename settings_graphs to settings_user, rename settings_graphs_group to settings_user_group 
If you are running in development, you have to issue these two commands
rename table settings_graphs to settings_user;
rename table settings_graphs_group to settings_user_group

cigamit d1297800fe large cleanup of graph_view.php page 
before this change, the graph_view.php page was very difficult to
follow.  the page flow is now much more readable.

cigamit e4ec3804fa removing $_GET, $_REQUEST, $_POST from lib 
everything is done now with the exception of the timespan selector which
requires more work

cigamit da34108e21 remove use of deprecated function get_request_var_request(). replace it with get_request_var() 
this is part three of project to remove the use of $_GET, $_REQUEST, and
$_POST in the code.  Parts one and two have already been completed.
Part one was to remove the use of $_GET throughout the code, part two
was the incorporation of wrapper functions to handle specific
validation, verification and sanitization cases.  This third part will
remove the use of the get_request_var_request() from the code.  Part
four, and beyond will include the removal of both $_REQUEST and $_POST
super globals from the code.

1) Realtime integration complete
2) Added option to update sys OID's in spine and cmd.php
3) Updated poller as well
4) Made cmd.php argument processing sane
5) Remove one more 'rrdtool_graph' variant (aka Realtime)
6) Moved Realtime settings under Visual
7) Added some core Javascript utility functions
8) Added minimum width to dropdowns to make more appealing
9) Cleanup some redundant syntax in headers
10) Typos in format files
