this is one in a few commits to handle processing of string output
including Hex-STRING output better. the first phase is to simply make
the code more readable.
- Merging automation Phase I which only includes the Autom8 plugin.
Phase II will included an enhanced discovery plugin.
- Also reworked the cacti_log function to specify a level in order to
streamline code
- Converted poller functions to still include Poller[xx], but all others
will not
- More conversion of double to single quotes
1) Realtime integration complete
2) Added option to update sys OID's in spine and cmd.php

4) Made cmd.php argument processing sane
5) Remove one more 'rrdtool_graph' variant (aka Realtime)
