cigamit 1340f5c31d Automation Merge 1 of 2 
- Merging automation Phase I which only includes the Autom8 plugin.
Phase II will included an enhanced discovery plugin.
- Also reworked the cacti_log function to specify a level in order to
streamline code
- Converted poller functions to still include Poller[xx], but all others
will not
- More conversion of double to single quotes

Tony Roman b3e4f85900 Fixed: 
1) CSV export functional from Tree and Preview, new MRTG view functional
2) Corrected some rendering issues between tree and breadcrumbs on graph pages
3) Fixed 'Created Graphs debug messages missing'
4) Corrected spelling error in config.php.dist
5) Fixed some warning when creating graphs

Ian Berry 4408f18def update the way templated custom data fields work: 
- if the field is templated, empty, and a host field; use the host value
- if the field is template, non-empty, and a host field, use the template field value
- if the field is non-templated, use the user-specified value (per-data source)
unify the valid host field check in lib/config_form.php
