Larry Adams 2079f1f13e Finished now with the Graph Select and Tuned up other new "selectable" rows by checking for filter. Code was otherwise inefficient.

Ian Berry 4408f18def update the way templated custom data fields work: 
- if the field is templated, empty, and a host field; use the host value
- if the field is template, non-empty, and a host field, use the template field value
- if the field is non-templated, use the user-specified value (per-data source)
unify the valid host field check in lib/config_form.php
