Jimmy Conner f98ccbd327 When viewing the Log, pressing the PURGE button causes it to ignore the Refresh interval and thus not refresh the page. OKed this fix with Larry, as this is undesirable behavior.

Jimmy Conner c2a31db52d Minor fix: Its not safe to assume that $_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"] exists, since some browsers (like Firefox) don't pass a referrer if the page is being refreshed via a Meta Tag.
