cigamit a13b911d4b Resolving Issue #1735 
This resolved the use of the serializeObject taking all checked on
non-checked objects.  The new function, serializeForm will serialize all
form data, checked or not.

cigamit de9fc0b72a Make all user settings dynamic and allow resetting to default. 
This is a partial revert of feature #1400.  It removes the 'Save' button
and makes all settings default.  It will not allow setting anything that
is not defined in the user setting array as well.
