Nuno Silva 26b5f32524 fix: availability method "Ping or SNMP Uptime" always ignores SNMP ping (#2275) 
"Ping or SNMP Uptime" was completely ignoring SNMP ping
and would only report the host as up when icmp/udp/tcp ping succeeded.
The SNMP ping can only be ignored when ping_result is already true.

cigamit 190b8c4abd Audit of ping methods tcp, udp, and icmp. Better support for IPv6 
The udp and tcp ping method should start working for PHP 5.5.4+, but
this has not been confirmed yet.

Jimmy Conner 6a2312ec94 - When editing a tree, use overflow to keep GUI manageable. 
- Enhance lib/ping.php error checking
- Clean out some more dos2unix issue
- Add some comments to lib/rrd.php
- Add some additional checks in cdef.php
- Major simplification of Graph Settings page.  Add more Dynamic views 
to keep it simple.
