cigamit 1340f5c31d Automation Merge 1 of 2 
- Merging automation Phase I which only includes the Autom8 plugin.
Phase II will included an enhanced discovery plugin.
- Also reworked the cacti_log function to specify a level in order to
streamline code
- Converted poller functions to still include Poller[xx], but all others
will not
- More conversion of double to single quotes

Tony Roman 902ac97c7d Fixed and added: 
1) Realtime integration complete
2) Added option to update sys OID's in spine and cmd.php
3) Updated poller as well
4) Made cmd.php argument processing sane
5) Remove one more 'rrdtool_graph' variant (aka Realtime)
6) Moved Realtime settings under Visual
7) Added some core Javascript utility functions
8) Added minimum width to dropdowns to make more appealing
9) Cleanup some redundant syntax in headers
10) Typos in format files

Jimmy Conner 5c728744da Fix issue with r4156. 
When passing 0 arguments it worked fine, but it was double rekeying the hosts array when you passed 2 arguments.  This caused around 15 invalid index errors and no polling done for that process
