cigamit a44890e450 Resolving Issues #1200 and #1529 
Bandwidth and Nth Percentile Comments should be allowed in Aggregate
graphs.  They were allowed in the 1.x version of Cacti.  This
enhancement returns that feature.

This change also removes title attributes from disabled comments.

cigamit 71a1c6675d normalize the use of checkboxes and fix device autocomplete behavior 
remove the use of the get_checkbox_style and move to CSS.  also, fix the
behavior of the device automcomplete when using ajax page navigation
using the modern theme.
