cigamit a4fc2dc8d1 Enhance the splice_rrd.php to be able to merge RRDfiles of differing step 
This modified script will allow you to either fill ranges of added rows as a result of an 'rrdresize' operation, or take old 5 minute graphs and convert to new 1 minute or less granularity graphs and replay the data in a way that is safe when doing so.

Richard Laager 92b112c072 Fix setting graph titles using add_graphs.php (#2211) 
add_graphs.php supports a --graph-title argument to set the title on an
existing graph or the graph being created.  Somewhere between 0.8.8f
and 1.1.38, this broke.  The current code sets the title_cache column
in graph_templates_graphs, which is then immediately overwritten by the
call to update_graph_title_cache().  The correct action is to update
the title, not the title_cache.
