Andreas Braun 19394ea42e 1) Autoclean RRDfiles including settings to control (Removed Backup option. However, Delete and Archive Remain) 
2) Improved and Moved RRDCleaner Under Utilities (Tested to 1M RRDfiles, very fast)
3) Normalized the 'message' display so it can be used in 'All' Ajax page refreshes
4) Fixed a JavaScript issue that prevented List View from working well.
5) Remove some deprecated references to "Dual" and "Single" pane Tree View
6) Added 'pulsate' Javascript function for some nice notification (see RRDCleaner GUI)
