cigamit 1340f5c31d Automation Merge 1 of 2 ...

- Merging automation Phase I which only includes the Autom8 plugin.
Phase II will included an enhanced discovery plugin.
- Also reworked the cacti_log function to specify a level in order to
streamline code
- Converted poller functions to still include Poller[xx], but all others
will not
- More conversion of double to single quotes
