feat(monitoring): add KubeVirt VM dashboard
Add a Grafana dashboard for KubeVirt virtual machines (CPU, memory, network, disk I/O per VM) to the tenant-visible dashboards list. Signed-off-by: Mattia Eleuteri <mattia@hidora.io>
