Subject: [PATCH] fix(etcd-operator): set seccompProfile RuntimeDefault on
 controller pod

Address review feedback from gemini-code-assist on packages/system/etcd-operator/templates/deployment.yaml: add an explicit seccompProfile (RuntimeDefault) to the controller-manager pod securityContext.
