Fix case sensitivity in status check for VMNotRunningFor10Minutes alert
rule.
The metric `kubevirt_vm_info` uses `status="Running"` (capital R), but
the alert rule was checking for `status!="running"` (lowercase), causing
false alerts for running VMs.
