Mirrors the former cozystack-ui test workflow: pnpm typecheck + unit tests, gated to changes under packages/system/dashboard/images/console. pnpm/action-setup reads the pnpm version from package_json_file (the console workspace manifest) since the monorepo root has no package.json.
