Aleksei Sviridkin b30eb4602d fix(cozystack-api): drop unused objectstorage bucketclasses RBAC grant ...

The Option providers RBAC block granted read on
objectstorage.k8s.io/bucketclasses, but no provider in the registry lists
BucketClasses and no schema field references a bucketclass source — the
bucket app's storage pool field uses the storagepool provider, which reads
seaweedfs HelmReleases. Drop the unused grant and pin its absence in the
chart test.
